I just saw this in the Meijer Ad. If you count the $ 100 off coupon same as cash, this brings the watch to $ 150 plus tax. Also, Meijer codes as grocery (at least for me) which is an additional 6% back on my Amex. Applies to the Apple Watch 4 as well.

I have not followed prices on this much as I am part of the android sphere, but it seems like a good deal. The YMMV part is that this is ONLY good instore, so you need to be near a Meijer.
