Logged in my citi online acct and noticed this. Looks like a targeted offer for members with a Double Cash card with citi. Check your eligibility by logging in to online.citi.com
The $ 400 cash back seems to have been available last year ($ 500 with DD) and there are a few quirks with Citi that you may want to look into. This time around, a 2.5% cash back on non category purchases until 2021 is easy math to see if it’s worth using compared to your 1-2% cards.

Don’t know if there is any interest in this as it is a 2017 model, but this is a step up from the E7P model. This model (G7P) also has the picture on glass and built in sound bar, but the sound bar can be folded back for a more streamlined/premium look.
