Okay, This my first slickdeals post, so go easy on me…

Everyone knows about the Verizon promo data where you get 2GB extra for as long as the line is active if you activate a new line or have an eligible upgrade… and are on the XL plan or larger.

What makes this a slick deal is combining that with the promo code "UPGRADE" at checkout which takes $ 100 off the price of any smartphone (as far as I can tell)… including the $ 108 Droid Mini.

You do have to choose monthly payments, but after the promo they result in an additional $ 0.33 a month, and there is no penalty for paying early.
