Just spotted this; Ultra mobile is offering their 3GB/month plan 6 months + 6 months free at $ 126 + taxes; works out to $ 10.5 per month, even better than Mint $ 180 for a year for the same talk / text / data offer. (Funnily enough – Mint is part of Ultra, so does the left hand know what the right hand is doing?)

Additional – includes calling to 80 international destinations for free (AFAIK not available with Mint).
