What do you guys think?

This is suppose to replace the UN55H6350 Model. However, I see this version is at Motion Rate 120hz with a 60hz panel, whereas as the H6350 is at Motion Rate 240 hz, 120hz panel. But, this version comes with Micro Dimming? Not really sure what that is.
