I was just shopping at my local Giant Supermarket. At checkout the cashier gave everyone the option of either a free pack of paper towels (2x) or a bottle of hand sanitizer. It didn’t matter how much/little you bought, they just scanned your selection and bagged it for you to go. I got the paper towels (Ohso Strong). Don’t know if this just my location or all Giant Supermarkets in the DC area. Good luck everyone.
