For those interested, maybe for those who missed the recent $ 0.10 deal, I came across this other cheap one today so thought I would share.

I don’t use the best and latest equipment so I wouldn’t mind having a couple of cheap spares for 1080p use.

Not a requirement to have Prime or to spend over $ 25 to get FS.

I am not giving a personal recommendation as I have not gotten this generic cable before, just figured that the other deal went front page, I would share this. Some will find uses for it.

PSA Paypal will not return the original fees for refunds starting October 1st

Got this email today.

"Earlier this year, we notified you that we were updating our User Agreement to change our refund policy. We want to let you know that the policy change is going into effect beginning on October 11, 2019.

In line with industry practice and according to our updated policy, we will not charge a fee to process refunds, but the fees from the original transaction will not be returned. This policy will not apply to duplicate transactions, voids and most disputed transactions. You can review the PayPal User Agreement for more information on our return policies."

Spectrum PSA: No more refunds before billing cycle ends

I recently "switched" plans from old TWC to Spectrum and canceled the old service mid-cycle. Noticed on the old bill it says that as of 6/2019, Spectrum will no longer offer refunds (credit) for services charged monthly when canceled mid-cycle.

FYI, will need to time it with end of bill cycle next time someone is switching users to get a new customer deal 🙂
