I don’t know if I am making a mistake by posting this here (please delete/merge as necessary), but I just wanted to give a heads up to those of us who shop at Target.com… Target is introducing free shipping on all orders $ 25+, down from the previous requirement of $ 50. This can help those of us without their REDcard to take advantage of some of their deals. Their webpage also states "free returns on everything*".
