Kmart.com (and Kmart in-store ymmv) has Intex River Run tube for $ 17.22. This is the better version with the mesh bottom.

The price isn’t a huge savings, but I have been able to use shop your way points, discounted gift cards, and coupons on various orders to make a far better deal. Also note I had $ 10 in surprise points + $ 3 shop your way max which stack so total after surprise points = $ 4.22. (Max membership also provides free shipping, otherwise you need to add more items or pickup in store)
