Card just dropped in price today. I know the Newegg had MSI with a lower price after rebate but with this card you can return it for free. Newegg will make you pay to return so you can just go to kohls to return it.

The other reason is that I called MSI about the card and the technician was not to clear which motherboards this will work on. He said it will work on MSI boards, then I told him the model number of my MSI board and he said he does not know if it will work. That was enough for me.
