We more or less anticipated this. I guess Pennzoil wanted to spread out the hit of everyone trying to claim a rebate at the end of the year. The link [pennzoil.com] is the same as in my older thread. It’s just that now you can choose whether to submit a rebate from the front half or back half of the year. Be advised that people from the other thread have claimed that Pennzoil is limiting the rebate to two per household even for the quarts — so you’re better off getting jugs.
