HP Store has started offering their all new HP ProBook x360 435 G8 Ryzen Cezanne based 5000U series Laptop. This has option for 4C/8T 5400U to 8C/16T 5800U. Also, multiple Display option, OS Option, memory and security Option. This is probably the only 13.3" 2-in-1 Laptop coming with 2 upgradable memory slot, supporting up to 64GB or DDR4 3200 MHz Ram

Below is the Steps for Win10 Pro + Ryzen 7 5800U + 16GB DDR4 + 256GB PCIe SSD + 400 nits Low Powered FHD IPS display. But you can tweak it as much as you like. One note: If you select Windows 10 Home, then you can only choose max 4GB of Ram.
