Once the reward is claimed, you will have until Wednesday to redeem it.

Although the app indicates "SoCal," previous reports for Chick-fil-A SoCal promotions indicated Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and North San Diego County residents probably qualify; other San Diego residents probably don’t qualify.
