Not too bad of a price for a quality brand although I haven’t specifically used Makita for masonry. My only experience is with Bosch, Milwaukee, DeWalt and the harbor freight junk. Looking forward to getting this to compare. This is a little less than half the cost the typical pricing for a drill of this size.
