Found it in the PayPal app, so maybe you have to look there. Not sure.
You have to save the deal. After it’s saved, it will apply at checkout automatically. Limited to the first 2500 paypal users.
Btw, Adorama did not let me checkout with paypal when I had an Apple product in the cart
