I only got this on one account. Wife and friend’s accounts didn’t have it even though they both use BoA as their primary credit card.

Stacks with EPP, BoA Preferred rewards (Platinum Honors level) and CB sites like 10% at Rk10 for up to 5 + 5.25 + 10 = ~20% or more off your purchase.
