I purchased this device at this price last time around when Home Depot had it on sale for the same price at $ 399.00. TODAY only July 6th.

Been using it for couple of months now. Solid IoT device that monitors your water usage and sends warnings if it detects a leak as small as a few drops per minute or something. It’s pretty amazing how it works. Gives you a peace of mind knowing your water line is leak-free. It also warns you if the water line erupts, it actually alerted me one time calling on my cellphone (turned out to be a false alarm). You might get a break on your home owner insurance after installing it.
