Surge protector with power metering and separate controllable plugs through HomeKit. I use a few Eve products in my HomeKit setup, including a smart plug/power meter, Eve Aqua (sprinklers), and Eve Room (temp and AQ monitor). They all work extremely well, and the Eve app is a great stand-in for the Home app that doesn’t blast your data everywhere. Still full price at Best Buy.
