I saw this deal posted early and went through the whole process of adding to cart, giving them my email address and then using the promo code. I got the message that the promo code wasn’t active so I did not complete the purchase. 24 hours later I received an email saying the price dropped and I could use the promo code:

If you follow these steps I imagine it would work for everyone. Note that 3 day shipping was $ 6 which I’m sure you can get for free somehow but I didn’t want to take the time to figure out how.
