Masssave has the latest ecobee on sale for $ 100. There are no rebates you need to deal with as the discounts are taken off upon purchase. This is a great deal for a great thermostat. I use 3 of the ecobee stats in my home and have had zero issues with them. Mine are all the previous generation. This is for MASSACHUSETTS residents only.
