Menards has Celestron 20-60 X 60 Spotting Scopes on sale for $ 24.99 (actually $ 22.24 if you want to take the time to do the rebate). I don’t know much about these but I have found they retail for around $ 80 normally. The scope also comes with a collapsible tri-pod.
