ALCATEL ONETOUCH ALLURA 50560 Prepaid At&T GoPhone As low as $ 20

Was in Walmart overnight looking for some speaker clearance and noticed they had the phone for $ 30. checked brickseek it showed some stores as low as $ 20. Brickseek showed 0 "limited stock" at the store I was in however they had more then 4!
