I use these in my apartments. Was buying from my local supply house but found this deal this week. Same product as the Trade version. Great value. Very easy to install. Definitely not solid brass but takes a beating – twice as heavy as the Delta Foundations or Moen Chateau and even cheaper than the Depot Glacier Bay brand.
