This was a front page deal just a few months ago at $ 30. I’d recommend reviewing that thread for any questions you have about this product. Lots of good discussion from people that own and use this.

From a pricing perspective this is the absolute lowest that I’ve ever seen this product. Glad to see more Z-Wave products dipping below the $ 30 price point.
