Firstly, no, this is not a deal with the coveted $ 10 per amp/hour deal-rate, but it’s the last of Ridgid’s dying-breed of Octane batteries. Other than the new $ 200 8ah H.O. battery, this is the last way to get a 21700 cell battery with an LSA at Home Depot. Also includes the older battery charger, which seems to be of higher quality, and faster charging(?).
If you live near a Direct Tool Outlet, you can check to see if they have in-store stock of a similar kit with this battery. They appear to have the single-battery version of this kit in-stock at select locations. They also have a 2-pack available, but it doesn’t include a charger, so it does not qualify for the LSA on the Octane-generation of tools. Select DTO stores may also have stock not listed online, but that would definitely a YMMV thing.
