Stopped by my local Home Depot and discovered that the Chamberlain B1381 was going for $ 265. This model is $ 338 everywhere else so I grabbed me one. Home Depot’s website still shows this for $ 338 so YMMV. I got it from the Home Depot in Irving, TX at 8555 Home Depot Drive. There were still 10 units left at this store.
