went to a local Walmart earlier and noticed they have a clearance tag (out of stock) for GTA V for PS3 for $ 0.03 (yes 3 cents). YMMV as it’s only a small amount of stores that have it on clearance (only 2 stores in my area out of 15 stores have it for $ 0.03) so use brickseek and be willing to risk a trip.
