Sox Box Office sales at Gate 4 (35th and Shields) begin MONDAY, March 2nd at 10AM.
PLEASE NOTE: Beginning Saturday, February 28 through Sunday, March 1, tickets can be purchased at the Chicago Sports Depot located on 35th Street adjacent to U.S. Cellular Field and at Ticketmaster locations throughout Chicagoland. Tickets can be purchased at the Chicago Sports Depot from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. that Saturday and Sunday. Parking for the Chicago Sports Depot is available in Lot B off of 34th Street and Shields. The ticket office will not be open on the opening day of online sales, but will be open seven days a week starting Monday, March 2. The ticket office hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The best chance at Cubs/Sox tix or Opening Day are if you have a ticket plan of any sort. But They do set aside tix for all the presales.

White Sox gift cards can be used at the Box Office, but NOT online.
