This is the brightest single AA battery flashlight you can buy. Armytek is considered a premium brand in the flashlight world and this tiny AA flashlight is MUCH brighter than those Duracell and Maglites you find in retail stores. Armytek flashlights normally have lumens tested at or above specified unlike 95% of the cheap flashlights that claim 2,000 lumens but produce 100 lumens you find all over Amazon and ebay.

600 lumens is about the same as many 60W equivalent led light bulbs, which is pretty impressive for a tiny flashlight powered by a single AA.
