I took a chance and purchased one of these units with the last 10% ebay bucks and it arrived today. The listing stated a 3 year warranty. To my surprise it was brand new and had never been opened. When I ran the service tag, it showed a 3 year advance exchange warranty from Dell. I contacted Dell and had them update the warranty to my date of purchase. Really nice deal on a 144hz 27" 2560×1400 TN Gsync panel.

Found a highly rated seller on ebay selling a new sealed Surface Book SW5-00001 for $ 879.99. States it is sealed in box and has full Microsoft Warranty. It is the older generation Surface Book but specs are solid for this type of device. Has Intel Core i7-6600u, 13.5 inch 3000×2000 resolution screen, 8gb ram, 256gb ssd, Intel graphics/Nvidia 940M (not great for gaming but better then nothing). Also comes with pen, which is an additional cost on the new gen ones.

Please google what the Surface Book is and whether it is right for you before bashing on the product saying you can get X,Y,Z specs and other brand for cheaper. I have used a base Surface Book for nearly 2 years and it has been a dream to work with. Battery life lasts full day of use for me (sometimes over 12-14 hours), screen is very nice and crisp. Detachable screen and pen have certain uses, for me its to sign documents and mark up PDF and read PDF text books. 1 thing I wish it had was a USB C. Mine was purchased from Newegg and also stated it had full warranty and I was pleasantly surprised that it had complete coverage including accidental for 2 years, I am not sure what type of "full microsoft warranty" this one comes with..

Good for the price and is semi modular which IMO is a must, that or full modular. 650 Watts is plenty for most modern graphic card. Don’t have to deal with rebates so that’s a plus.

Note though if you’re the rare people that want to do SLI or Crossfire, then of course a high wattage PSU is recommended.

I know it said refurbish and some of you might be hesitant to order because I was hesitant to buy one of these back in January; However, based on my purchase back in January, these drives are pretty much Brand New. I ordered one back in Jan 18th and delivered on Jan 26, 2018. When the drive arrived, I used crystaldiskinfo to check the usage of the drive and it barely had any hours or writes on it. Then I went to samsung.com and registered this drive with the serial number and here’s what I got:
