Although I never received earbuds with wax but I will return or exchange it or just clean it with 70% alcohol (which may everybody has during the pandemic) in case I had bad luck or its condition is not that awful. And actually I also did send my used earbuds to my friends before jaja I cleaned my lil earwax and inside out the earbuds with the 70% alcoholwith cotton swab though.
