Pays for itself with just one use instead of calling a plumber to use similar gear.

This motorized drain snake in NOT intended to be used from above the sink, down the sink drain, through the water-sealed P-trap (ie. piping that is not glued permanently in place) because the force of the turning cable could likely disrupt the water-sealed connections and cause leaking subsequently. Better to remove the water-sealed P-trap, then snake directly into the pipes from below the sink, or use a clean out access.
