yes its hdcp 2.2 and atmos capable (limited to 5.2.2)

130 watts per channel (130×7 @ 8ohms) – i believe its the cheapest Elite that has the D3 digital amps so it runs very cool….and doesn’t lose power per channel like a ton of bricks as you add channels as bad as non-digital amps do

Seller has good reviews and no tax in NJ made me bite. Not sure about warranty but seller had another listing with 3 yr warranty for $ 100 more. They do offer returns so worst case I am out shipping.
