Seems like a decent deal for people who don’t have microcenter nearby (consider the price for B660 DDR4 motherboard is resonable). In comparis the multi-core performance is simlar to ryzen 5800x and single core performance around 10% faster, one of the best gaming CPU on the market

I know not all of you are close to a microcenter much less a specific one but if this helps you rep. Please don’t be mad if you are not able to take advantage as I am just trying to help out anyone who can take advantage. The Microcenter at Brooklyn has the 12700k for $ 299.99 obvious price mistake. It is the price on their website and when you check out. (Had a friend go buy and get me one the price rung up as $ 299.99 +tax)
