A former housemate just got an invitation in the mail from Chase for a 70,000 point Southwest Premier business card after $ 3000 spend in 3 months. Annual fee is $ 99 and a 6000 point bonus on anniversaries.

Highest bonus I’ve ever seen. Odd in that this person does not have any business of any kind.
