High quality German made Knipex tool rarely discounted to this level, basically 50% off it’s long term trend. I see both Amazon.com and Walmart.com have discounted to this $ 12.99 level. Free shipping on Walmart for orders over $ 35 and free prime shipping for prime members. Not an everyday kind of tool, but if you use ear clamps for anything should be excellent quality. I actually bought this a few days ago for $ 16.89, which I thought was an excellent price – unbelievable at 12.99, fortunately Walmart adjusted the price for me since I haven’t received it yet.
