This appears to be approximately the second lowest price ever for the HD1 on Amazon (and cheapest they’ve been since they were ~$ 280 around Black Friday), according to a price tracker site for Amazon (apparently SD discriminates against the camels…)

The reason I say "approximately" is due to Amazon’s algorithmic pricing, causing them to jump around from the initial price of $ 299 on Tuesday the 29th, up to $ 320 the following day, and now hovering about halfway between the two, in addition to having to rebrand from "Momentum 2.0" to "HD1", leaving a shorter pricing history for the latter.
