LEGO Customer Service: There are currently 12 products that we are testing a new shipping method called "Frustration-Free Packaging" to reduce damage to LEGO sets during shipment. We have made special shipping boxes that open like a pizza box and perfectly fit the specific LEGO set. This limits the number of times your LEGO set will be handled as well as further limits the amount of damage that can occur during travel. If this test goes well this could become the standard way of LEGO shipments going forward.
