1. This complimentary five dollar ($ 5 USD) VUDU credit code (‘Reward’) entitles the recipient to a VUDU online video content streaming credit code with a value of five U.S. dollars ($ 5 USD).
Reward valid with purchase of two Irish Spring Signature items at Walmart between March 1, 2015 and April 30, 2015 (“Promotion Period”). After May 31, 2015 11:59 PM EST, the promotion will be expired.
2. The Reward is only valid for one (1) Reward redemption per purchase of two Irish Spring
Signature Items at Walmart per Customer/per email address.
3. This Reward is subject to availability.
4. Must be 18 years old or older.
5. This Reward must be redeemed on www.irishspring.com/rewards
6. How to Enter:
a. Purchase two Irish Spring Signature Products: During the Promotion Period, purchase
two Irish Spring Signature products at Walmart and take a picture of the receipt. Receipt
must show the Irish Spring Signature purchase, date of purchase, store name, store
address. Then, visit www.irishspring.com/rewards (the "Website") and complete and
submit the registration form including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not
permitted, only street or rural route addresses are acceptable. However North Dakota
residents are permitted to provide either a street/rural route address or PO Box number.)
and upload the image of your receipt by May 31, 2015. The image must be 3MB or
smaller and in .jpg format. For a valid receipt submission of the two Irish Spring
Signature product purchased, you will receive one (1) five dollar ($ 5 USD) VUDU credit

submission]
