Seems like q pretty unbeatable price for what looks to be a good quality gaming mouse with some decently advanced functionality.
They are currently out of stock, see "Other Sellers" to see the Amazon direct price. Says 2-3 weeks, but I’ve never seen it take that long for a popular item.
