I know it said refurbish and some of you might be hesitant to order because I was hesitant to buy one of these back in January; However, based on my purchase back in January, these drives are pretty much Brand New. I ordered one back in Jan 18th and delivered on Jan 26, 2018. When the drive arrived, I used crystaldiskinfo to check the usage of the drive and it barely had any hours or writes on it. Then I went to samsung.com and registered this drive with the serial number and here’s what I got:

I tried to price match at Best Buy using Fry’s Google Express but it wasn’t going through on their system. I knew they wouldn’t take Fry’s website because the nearest Fry’s is a thousand miles away and its not shipped online. I instead bought it for $ 39.99 + $ 2.50 tax. Don’t use a rewards card or attach your account. Call 1-888-BEST-BUY as soon as you buy it and ask for a price match over the phone. You’ll need your receipt as it has a Customer Service PIN on the bottom of it. They’ll price match Fry’s website even though it is in store pickup only. You don’t want to attach your Best Buy account or Rewards account because they might see you’re not near any Fry’s locations.
