Inovelli has a preorder for their new dimmer/scene/notification switches. These don’t require a neutral either. I have some of the older model dimmers and they are awesome.

I have the non-scene enabled one, use it with my Wink hub and couldn’t be happier with it at this price point.
If anyone is wondering, the scene function allows you to assign specific settings to the buttons instead of just dim up/down.
