Been on the hunt for a particular Canada Goose jacket for the missus but have not been able to find it anywhere except in limited sizes and colors on CG’s own site.

I noticed that on the CG site they had a page listing their online (authorized?) retailers, so I just spent an hour or so clicking through all 70+ of them trying to find this particular jacket.

No luck on my end, but I noticed some of the stores appeared to have decent sale prices on a small selection of the CG jackets. Some of these stores might also have the usual "10-15% off your first purchase if you sign up to be on their mailing list" hook, so be sure to check that too. Sizes and colors did appear to be very limited though, so be warned, YMMV greatly.
