I find the Garmin Vivosmart HR to be a better option than Fitbit Charge HR, having a bigger screen for more notifications and feature, and also being water-resistant to be able to be used in swimming as well.

Also Edge 1000 Performance Bundle (with Euro map) for $ 436 ($ 599 regular). US Cycle map microSD card is $ 50 from Garmin website or other reseller. I am concern that it is regional specified so the card may not work but I read Amazon reviews that you just need the card.
