There is some kind of internet mispage pricing going on the homedepot site. if you search for the tool on the homedepot site it will show up as 249.99 on the page. then when you click on it and even add it to your cart it is 199.99. therefore, it is 50$ off. i bought mine in the store and showed them the 199.99 price on the webpage with the same sku and model number and the cashier adjusted the price. it was simple. finding the tool in the store was not it was located in the main isle way that leads to the cash registers.
