Kind of creepy that PSEG says they reserve right to inspect that you actually installed it.
I currnelty have an EMerson dumb thermostat- so this appeals to me as its looks exactly the same. Nest looks cool – but I recall using one in an AirBnB – and it was just cool but annoying to use. and the price is right here. Review in amazon are great overall, but when I reviewed "top reviews" lots of bad reviews. but many said they preferred this over nest.
