I didn’t see this posted. I saw them in the clearance section for $ 240 plus tax. If you live in the midwest, you can submit the Menards 11% rebate match the home depot does.

I used my friends surge impact to try it out, and the quietness and smoothness sold me on it. Not sure on the power yet as I have not used it in the real world.

Kit includes drill, impact driver, circular saw, recip saw, multi tool, flash light, a few blades, a bag, a charger and two batteries. No indication of the battery AH rate on the box.

Not too bad of a price for a quality brand although I haven’t specifically used Makita for masonry. My only experience is with Bosch, Milwaukee, DeWalt and the harbor freight junk. Looking forward to getting this to compare. This is a little less than half the cost the typical pricing for a drill of this size.
