I opened the amazon app and scrolled down a bit on the homepage (you can also try the posted link). There was a Discover ad a bjt down that said "View your Discover Offers" when clicking on it, there were a few options, the one I went with was $ 15 of promotional credit applied to your next purchase when setting Discover it as your default payment card for Amazon. The credit was automatically applied.
