I just got this text message from T-Mobile a few days ago:

T-Mobile: Introducing the Free 5G upgrade. We’re going to trade up your limited plan to UNLIMITED – for free! There’s nothing else to do and nothing else to pay. It’s the gift of Unlimited just for being a loyal customer. Get the details: t-mo.co/freeUnlimited1

The info on the website says this:

As part of our unlimited upgrade, we want to say thank you for being a loyal T-Mobile or Sprint customer by upgrading your limited data plan to unlimited at no additional cost to you! Beginning April 18, 2021 most customers will automatically get unlimited high speed smartphone data at no additional cost on all current lines.

YMMV – UPS My Choice Premium $19.99/year, no promo code required

My UPS My Choice subscription was expiring and I wasn’t willing to pay $ 40 and couldn’t find a promo code, so I let it expire. A few days later I was looking at my dashboard and saw a bubble with the following:

"Need more control of your home deliveries? Become a UPS My Choice Premium Member and get enhanced features like delivery upgrades, unlimited delivery day or address changes and more! A yearly subscription is now only $ 19.99 (formerly $ 40)."

I don’t know if it’s permanently $ 20/year for everyone or targeted, so YMMV.
