These are excellent rods. I have several different versions. This one in particular is a relatively light action rod. I’d call it on the lighter side of ML. Don’t expect to be hauling 5 lb’ers over the side of the boat with it. Nice rod but not the rod for that. Makes a good light squarebill/crankbait rod or for throwing other lighter finesse baits.
